Each of these stages is as important as the others. Far often a greater emphasis is placed on the detailed design without due consideration for the site works required or how/when the plant will be maintained.

By not placing the same emphasis on each phase of the project, risk is introduced across each of these phases which can lead to delays in project timeframes or even worse the delivery of a treatment plant that does not meet the requirements of the operating licence.
