Even though the CRX MODEL is specifically designed for installations in Environmentally Sensitive Areas its Advanced Secondary performance is equally beneficial in all domestic situations:

• BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) equal to or less than 10mg/L
  
• SS (Suspended Solids) equal to or less than 10mg/L
  
• T-N equal to or less than 10mg/L
  
• T-P equal to or less than 5mg/L
  
• Thermotolerant coliforms less than 100cfu/100mL

In Japan wastewater treatment systems are normally installed close to houses making odour emissions and noise a much more sensitive issue. Fuji Clean systems have been developed to successfully accomodate these difficult conditions.

Automatic Backwash

Our unique timer controlled Automatic Backwash continually ensures peak performance by:

• controlling the thickness of bio-film on the media,
  
• promoting the decomposition and removal of organic matter,
  
• increasing nitrification, ammonium, nitrogen and SS filtering,
  
• preventing the media clogging.

Through bactieral growth processes on the surface of the filter in the first and second chambera, biological anaerobic treatment occurs while suspended solids are captured.

The bacteria in the chamber also converts nitrates in the reticulated water returning from the aerobic chamber to gaseous nitrogen which escapes harmlessly to the atmosphere.

As market leader with over 40,000 installs annually, a system is produced in the factory by a fully automated process every 6 minutes.This means maximum production effiencies are achieved to bring the system to consumers at a very affordable price. The systems affordability is further advanced through FujiClean own air blower which uses 30% less energy than those in other systems. This means lower energy costs to you the home owner.

Reliable

Continuous development on the Fuji Clean System has resulted in a compact unit with no internal moving parts. The system uses both naturally accuring digestive processes with highly developed contact media and an efficient sludge return using proven methods of sewerage treatment. Every component has been extensively developed and with well over 1 million Fuji Clean installations years of trouble free operation are assured.
